* loader/i386/linux.c (GRUB_ASSUME_LINUX_HAS_FB_SUPPORT)
        (DEFAULT_VIDEO_MODE): Remove macros.
        (grub_linux_boot): Remove assumption that Linux has FB support,
        and use "text" as default video mode.
