Provide grub-install on coreboot.

* conf/i386-coreboot.rmk (sbin_SCRIPTS): Add `grub-install'.
        (grub_install_SOURCES): New variable.
        * util/i386/pc/grub-install.in: Add a few condition checks to make it
        usable on coreboot.
