* fs/fshelp.c (grub_fshelp_read): New function.  Implement
	linear disk read with journal translation.
	* fs/ext2.c: Use grub_fshelp_read() instead of grub_disk_read().
	* include/grub/fshelp.h: Declare grub_fshelp_read().
