make GRUB_LINUX_MAGIC_SIGNATURE architecture-specific

Rename GRUB_LINUX_MAGIC_SIGNATURE GRUB_LINUX_I386_MAGIC_SIGNATURE,
to be usable in code that supports more than one image type.
