Implement sendkey support.

* commands/i386/pc/sendkey.c: New file.
	* conf/i386-pc.rmk (pkglib_MODULES): Add sendkey.mod.
	(sendkey_mod_SOURCES): New variable.
	(sendkey_mod_CFLAGS): Likewise.
	(sendkey_mod_LDFLAGS): Likewise.
