Don't scan into non-diskfilter devices having diskfilter names.

* grub-core/disk/diskfilter.c (is_valid_diskfilter_name): New function.
	(scan_disk): New argument accept_diskfilter. Fix recursion depth
	handling.
	(scan_disk_hook): New function.
