Cheery-pick grub-emu split from experimental (rev 1361)

        * configure.ac: Detect all `emu' platforms.  Define
        GRUB_MACHINE_* macros in TARGET_CFLAGS.  Remove
        --enable-grub-emu logic.  Disable include/grub/machine

        * gensymlist.sh.in: Likewise.
