(grub_dl_load_core): Use grub_dl_check_license.
* include/grub/dl.h (GRUB_MOD_SECTION): New macro.
(GRUB_MOD_LICENSE): Likewise.
(GRUB_MOD_DUAL_LICENSE): Likewise.
All modules updated.
