New font engine.
	
	Additional changes by Vesa Jääskeläinen <chaac@nic.fi> to adapt to
	build system and fixed gfxterm.c to work with different	sized fonts.

	* configure.ac: Changed UNIFONT_HEX to UNIFONT_BDF.
	
	* configure: Re-generated.
	
	* DISTLIST: Removed font/manager.c.
