Unify (identical) linux_normal.c files.
        * loader/i386/efi/linux_normal.c: Move from here ...
        * loader/linux_normal.c: ... to here.  Update all users.
        * loader/i386/pc/linux_normal.c: Delete.  Update all users.
        * loader/i386/ieee1275/linux_normal.c: Likewise.
