* util/grub-fstest.c (grub_refresh): Call `fflush (stdout)'.  This
        ensures that output lines aren't intermangled with those sent to
        stderr (via grub_util_info()).
        * util/grub-probe.c (grub_refresh): Likewise.
        * util/i386/pc/grub-setup.c (grub_refresh): Likewise.
