Some architectures want to boot Linux as plain UEFI binary. Today that really only encompasses ARM and AArch64, but going forward more architectures may adopt that model. So rename our internal API accordingly. This is GRUB 2, the second version of the GRand Unified Bootloader. GRUB 2 is rewritten from scratch to make GNU GRUB cleaner, safer, more robust, more powerful, and more portable.
