7690d5d495 Have the V2 registry endpoints raise Unauthorized with the proper header when anonymous access is disabled 
Before this change, we'd raise a generic 401, which was breaking containerd and cri-o.

e220b50543 Refactor auth code to be cleaner and more extensible 
We move all the auth handling, serialization and deserialization into a new AuthContext interface, and then standardize a registration model for handling of specific auth context types (user, robot, token, etc).

db6007cb37 Change v2 registry auth code to not hit the database when we know we have permissions loaded 
Avoids a DB call and, when used in conjunction with blob caching, will avoid a DB *connection*

db60df827d Implement V2 interfaces and remaining V1 interfaces 
Also adds some tests to registry tests for V1 stuff.
Note: All *registry* tests currently pass, but as verbs are not yet converted, the verb tests in registry_tests.py currently fail.

8cd38569d6 Fix issue with Docker 1.8.3 and pulling public repos with no creds 
We now return the valid subset of auth scopes requested.

Adds a test for this case and adds testing of all returned JWTs in the V2 login tests

bea8b9ac53 More changes for registry-v2 in python. 
Implement the minimal changes to the local filesystem storage driver and feed them through the distributed storage driver.
Create a digest package which contains digest_tools and checksums.
Fix the tests to use the new v1 endpoint locations.
Fix repository.delete_instance to properly filter the generated queries to avoid most subquery deletes, but still generate them when not explicitly filtered.
