fix no error returned in fetchTokenWithOAuth

fetchTokenWithBasicAuth checks if a token is in the token response
but fetchTokenWithOAuth does not

these changes implements the same behaviour for the latter
returning a `ErrNoToken` if a token is not found in the resposne
