bash function to manage sslocal session and mac osx system proxy settings.

INSTALL
copy shadowsocks_helper.sh
to anywhere you like.
edit the shell variables to reflect you configuration.

if you don't use virtualenv, leave VENVPATH

to call sslocal directly.
