2. Purge and re-install tor. `toriptables2` needs the stock [/etc/tor/torrc](https://github.com/torproject/tor/blob/2e54c80aec5ed4684950f5ef1ba208fcc0b8339c/src/config/torrc.sample.in#L1) to work properly.
