We will be registering and unregistering the soc_camera_platform platform
device multiple times, therefore we need a .release() method and have to
nullify the kobj.

soc_camera_platform.c is only used by y SuperH ap325rxa board. This patch
converts soc_camera_platform.c and its users for the soc-camera platform-
device conversion and also extends soc-camera core to handle non-I2C cameras.

This patch fixes the ap325rxa ncm03j camera code to handle
the case where no i2c driver is present. Without this fix
i2c_transfer() may be passed NULL as adapter which results
in a crash.
Triggered when i2c-sh_mobile.c failed to probe() due to
missing MSTP clocks.

All soc-camera camera and host drivers must specify supported data signal
polarity, after all drivers are fixed, we'll add a suitable test to
soc_camera_bus_param_compatible().

Other compilation errors were revised by commit of
"sh: ap325rxa: Revert ov772x support"
(08c2f5b4d7) but other compilation
errors are given.
We revert this commit and need to add new header(media/soc_camera.h).
This change revises new compilation error.

Add LCDC interrupt resources for AP325 and Migo-R. The LCDC driver does
not require interrupts at this point, but changes such as one-shot SYS
mode using deferred io, and wait-for-vblank will both need this.

This patch enables the GPIO code on AP325RXA and converts the code from
register based pinmux configuration to GPIO based pin by pin setup.
While at it 2 LEDs and one switch are added and exported to user space.

This provides a workaround for users of sh_mobile_lcdcfb that don't
define HAVE_CLK and have otherwise sane clock initialization.
At the same time, move the sh_mobile_lcdc.h header to include/video/.

AP320 and AP325RXA has CPLD data in NOR Flash.
If this area erased, this board can not boot.
This patch create CPLD data area and set writeable mask bit.
