Ricky WU 0e4cac5575 misc: rtsx: Fix some platforms can not boot and move the l1ss judgment to probe
commit 101bd907b4 ("misc: rtsx: judge ASPM Mode to set PETXCFG Reg")
some readers no longer force #CLKREQ to low
when the system need to enter ASPM.
But some platform maybe not implement complete ASPM?
it causes some platforms can not boot

Like in the past only the platform support L1ss we release the #CLKREQ.
Move the judgment (L1ss) to probe,
we think read config space one time when the driver start is enough

- Use cancel_delayed_work_sync to ensure there's no race with
  carddet_work.

- Remove device_wakeup_disable to save some CPU cycles. If the device
really has ACPI _DSW then the wakeup should be disabled in probe
  routine.

- Remove fetch_vendor_settings from runtime resume routine, since they
are already saved in "struct rtsx_pcr".

Kai-Heng Feng 597568e8df misc: rtsx: Rework runtime power management flow
Commit 5b4258f672 ("misc: rtsx: rts5249 support runtime PM")
uses "rtd3_work" and "idle_work" to manage it's own runtime PM state
machine.

When its child device, rtsx_pci_sdmmc, uses runtime PM refcount
correctly, all the additional works can be managed by generic runtime PM
helpers.

So consolidate "idle_work" and "rtd3_work" into generic runtime idle
callback and runtime suspend callback, respectively.

There's interrupt immediately raised on rtsx_pci_write_register() in
runtime resume routine, but the IRQ handler hasn't registered yet.

So we can either move rtsx_pci_write_register() after rtsx_pci_acquire_irq(),
or just stop mangling IRQ on runtime PM. Choose the latter to save some
CPU cycles.

Christophe JAILLET 83c510568e misc: rtsx: Remove usage of the deprecated "pci-dma-compat.h" API
In [1], Christoph Hellwig has proposed to remove the wrappers in
include/linux/pci-dma-compat.h.

Some reasons why this API should be removed have been given by Julia
Lawall in [2].

Finally, Arnd Bergmann reminded that the documentation was updated 11 years
ago to only describe the modern linux/dma-mapping.h interfaces and mark the
old bus-specific ones as no longer recommended, see commit 216bf58f40
("Documentation: convert PCI-DMA-mapping.txt to use the generic DMA API").

A coccinelle script has been used to perform the needed transformation

Vaibhav Gupta 8f27d659df cardreader/rtsx_pcr.c: use generic power management
Drivers should not use legacy power management as they have to manage power
states and related operations, for the device, themselves. This driver was
handling them with the help of PCI helper functions like

Klaus Doth 7a839dbab1 misc: rtsx: Add short delay after exit from ASPM
DMA transfers to and from the SD card stall for 10 seconds and run into
timeout on RTS5260 card readers after ASPM was enabled.

Adding a short msleep after disabling ASPM fixes the issue on several
Dell Precision 7530/7540 systems I tested.

This function is only called when waking up after the chip went into
power-save after not transferring data for a few seconds. The added
msleep does therefore not change anything in data transfer speed or
induce any excessive waiting while data transfers are running, or the
chip is sleeping. Only the transition from sleep to active is affected.

Rui Feng 5da4e04ae4 misc: rtsx: Add support for RTS5260
Add support for new chip rts5260.
In order to support rts5260, the definitions of
some internal registers and workflow have to be
modified and are different from its predecessors
and OCP function is added for RTS5260. So we need
this patch to ensure RTS5260 can work.

Rui Feng e455b69ddf misc: rtsx: Move Realtek Card Reader Driver to misc
Because Realtek card reader drivers are pcie and usb drivers,
and they bridge mmc subsystem and memstick subsystem, they are
not mfd drivers. Greg and Lee Jones had a discussion about
where to put the drivers, the result is that misc is a good
place for them, so I move all files to misc. If I don't move
them to a right place, I can't add any patch for this driver.
