The patch removes the "mrc" instruction in head-nommu.S overriding the
r0 register containing the value to be written in the CP15 system
control register.

The patch below adds ARM ptrace functions to get the process load address.
This is required for useful userspace debugging on mmuless systems. These
values are obtained by reading magic offsets with PTRACE_PEEKUSR, as on other
nommu targets. I picked arbitrary large values for the offsets.

Modules compiled to Thumb-2 have two additional relocations needing to
be resolved at load time, R_ARM_THM_CALL and R_ARM_THM_JUMP24, for BL
and B.W instructions. The maximum Thumb-2 addressing range is +/-2^24
(+/-16MB) therefore the MODULES_VADDR macro in asm/memory.h is set to
(MODULES_END - 8MB) for the Thumb-2 compiled kernel.

Since the Thumb-2 instructions can be 16-bit wide, data in the .text
sections may not be aligned to a 32-bit word and this leads to unaligned
exceptions. This patch does not affect the ARM code generation.

That commit adds a new function irq_thread_check_affinity() which

The presumed use of the pipe_double_lock() routine is to lock 2 locks in
a deadlock free way by ordering the locks by their address. However it
fails to keep the specified lock classes in order and explicitly
annotates a deadlock.
Rectify this.

Currently, perf top -p only tracks the pid provided, which isn't very useful
for watching forky loads, so give it an inherit option.

vmlinux meets the criteria for symbol adjustment, which breaks vmlinux generated symbols.
Fix this by exempting vmlinux. This is a bit fragile in that someone could change the
kernel dso's name, but currently that name is also hardwired.

If "/sys/kernel/debug" is not a debugfs mount point, search for the debugfs
filesystem in /proc/mounts, but also allows the user to specify
'--debugfs-dir=blah' or set the environment variable: 'PERF_DEBUGFS_DIR'
