Fix build for srcdir != objdir.

        * Makefile.in (po/$(PACKAGE).pot): Rename to ...
        ($(srcdir)/po/$(PACKAGE).pot): ... this.  Run $(XGETTEXT) from
        $(srcdir).
        ($(foreach lang, $(LINGUAS), po/$(lang).po)): Rename to ...
        ($(foreach lang, $(LINGUAS), $(srcdir)/po/$(lang).po): ... this. Use $^
        reference for input.
