(/dev/ar[0-9]+) and ada (/dev/ada[0-9]+) devices using
get_ataraid_disk_name() and get_ada_disk_name().
after ten consecutive open failures. Scanning all the way up to
10000 is excessive and can cause serious performance problems in
some configurations.
Fixes Ubuntu bug #787461.
